Dawah Academy was established in 1995 and registered as a development oriented Islamic Organization. The purpose is to supplement the efforts of government through the District Assemblies to assist vulnerable groups and pro-poor communities through advocacy, training programme and also mobiles both the human, material and intellectual resources of especially the Ghanaian Muslim communities in particular around programmes aimed at transforming their living standards positively more especially the Northern sector of the country.

The organization operates a transparent and accountable system and guided by its operational manual, management and administrative policy, human resource and financial management policies.

Dawah Academy’s vision is to empower communities and community embers to enable them contribute their quota to the development of their respective communities and the nation at large.
